Rooms are clean.

Air conditioning doesn’t work in rooms. Others in our group said the same. Front desk never answers calls. I was there when the phone rang and he walked away.

The staff are super friendly, and the location is incredible, close to cafes, the bus station, the center of Burgos. The units are good sized with a huge bathroom and a nice design.

Known as a popular and clean venue, this place clearly lives up to its 4-star rating, offering a breakfast featuring bacon.

As someone less able i did miss having a handrail when accessing the main doors ,up steps from street.

hotel at 10 comfortable and flat minutes from the cathedral. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soft and warm thick towels. Proper breakfast with natural fruit and variety. We were told that the rooms facing the street had double windows, we decided on an interior one and we heard absolutely nothing. person at the reception and person who served breakfast were very friendly. hotel was well heated and area seemed very normal.

the decoration with dark furniture is not to my liking and I prefer a shower tray to a bathtub, but what I liked the least was that our room 336, although it was of good dimensions, had a very strange structure and with 2 details that made it especially unpleasant: the bathroom door was right in sight from the pillow and with a small step! It didn't help either that the dryer was made of pipe. I also have to say that at the beginning we had a room with two beds and that in the end we decided on a single bed (I'm going to think that we were assigned a nicer and less old room)

Nice and clean here! The staff is really on top of things. 👌 The bed in the regular room is spotless and comfy. You'll also find a personal safe, AC, and a minibar in there. 🛏️

Have stayed many times. Room comfortable. Restaurant ok.

Once again main bar closed. One feels staff kept to minimum.

The room was big and adequate in general, with huge bathroom. The location was magnificent, you can visit an exceptional museum by walking.

That bar was missing.

The rooms here are well-appointed with large bathrooms, and I truly enjoyed the experience at this venue.

The standard double room we were given had a personal safe, climate control, and a minibar. The rate was £ 64. The location was good and magnificent, not too far away from Burgos Museum. In general the service was exceptional. The place had a comfortable atmosphere.

The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with a well-equipped bathroom and comfortable beds, and the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station.

Our room was perfectly located for visits to the city center. The cathedral was only a short walk away, and restaurants convenient. The facilities were spotless and the staff accomodating.

Booking's directions into the city were easy to follow but once there we were given the wrong street destination and as a result we passed by the hotel a couple of times before we realized the error.

bed throw ripped dental floss on floor and wear on painted wallpaper other wise excellent. i am being picky nothing was too much trouble for the staff, no English lang. news channel which would have been nice CNN has been in every other hotel i have been in
